Long story short we called we were directed to the back of our insurance card to call the tow assist. They hung up. 3 in a half hours later the man speaking a foreign language pulled up yelling because I'm in California, and refused to pick up a unidentifed Minnesota phone #, wich was funny because the truck had a 714 number. After he chastised me for not picking up and him talking in some dialect to his family I'm guessing, he put our donut on and then drove off yelling once again in a foreign dialect. Real scenario,real time, real flat. When yuh our in distress read my message and see if your a happy customer.”
