“Our family had a great stay here. We even extended our stay because of how great everything was. The employees are all friendly and helpful, the location is perfect next to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. They even have beach towels, chairs, and toys you can borrow. The hotel was clean. The friendly front desk woman (sorry, I didn't catch your name) made us feel welcome and was so helpful with our room extensions. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. “We chose to stay here for our week long vacation. And it did not disappoint! The staff is incredible! They treated us like family the ENTIRE week. They were super welcoming and friendly. We always try to stay at an IHG location whenever we travel (we travel a lot), and the hotel staff here blew us away. Breakfast is extra but it is worth it. I would recommend adding it to the room before your stay, so you do not get charged each morning. Expect a "good morning" from the staff or a "Welcome back we're glad you're here again" if you're there for multiple days! The pool area is super nice and well kept! The overall location is great! We weren't too familiar with California as I hadn't been there in years, however I knew I did not want to fly into LAX. This hotel is super close the John Wayne Airport as well as within a 15 minute drive to Disneyland and Knott'sberry Farm. Neighboring towns, such as Irvine, are close and very nice to go shopping. It's central location allowed us to drive about an hour south one day to San Diego which was a very pretty drive and about 45 minutes north to Downtown LA. But there were a ton of things to do in Orange County as well! The room was very well kept, very clean, and comfortable! Plenty of space and furniture. 10/10 would recommend!”

“We were visiting family in Cartersville. We had reserved a room at a different hotel. When we arrived the hotel had given our room away. We had a reservation. My wife in handicap and requires a room with a roll in shower. They offered a different room with a tub and bench. This would not work. They left us with no other options. We started calling around and we found Hilton Garden Inn. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Hilton Garden Inn was able to find us a room that meet our requirement. We were told to ask for Anthony Jr. when we arrived. Anthony knew all about our situation and had everything in motion as we arrived. The room was great. It had a roll in shower as we requested. The hotel was a great place to stay. Great service. Very clean. Breakfast was great. They made great Belgian waffles to order. My wife commented that this is one of few places that cooked the bacon correctly. Bottom line I highly recommend that if are in need of a hotel in Cartersville, GA choose Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville.”

Staff were super friendly I didn't get a name but the one assisting me was very helpful and made every way possible for me to have a great stay. The view was amazing! Can't wait to come back again.”
