“My father lived here for about 5 years until his passing. He was very happy there. The Park is very clean and the neighbors friendly. I found the management very helpful when we needed to add a ramp to my dad's mobile home. Some may describe the management as picky... but I would say this is a good thing.....If you want to live in a nice park. If you are looking for a small senior park nestled between Ojai and Ventura and that is very well maintained, this is the place. I would highly recommend Arroyo Mobile Home Park.”

“We stayed on the Bahama Mama.My husband surprised me for my birthday for the weekend..What a great weekend!! Thank you to John the owner and Martha..She met with us and showed us around and was very cool .We will definitely be back...it was so cool sitting on the back deck, what a view!!!..At night, we had the best view and location for the live music and lights,and just being on the water..so beautiful..check out the rentals too! So much fun..Rochelle is the best!! So sad to go home!”

“We spent Father's day weekend at this resort. We loved it. The pool was great, warm water, toys to play with, giant board games to play. The main restaurant was awesome, the service was terrific. Everyone greeted us with a smile and made sure we had what we wanted at all times. Our server, Trevor, was fantastic. Always genuinely happy, friendly, and attentive. After dinner we had gelato at the silver strand exchange, also amazing. Overall, we loved this resort, we will be back.”

“My boyfriend and I just returned home from our very first California trip and stayed at this hotel. Michael at the front desk was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. The room was just a bit tiny, but overall wonderful with exceptional cleanliness and an amazing view of the Hollywood sign and mountains. It was the perfect place, basically right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!”

“Rochester Mansion is wonderful. The staff are all great. The people that I personally interacted with treated me and my daughter and her friend with the upmost respect. I am handicapped and use a motorized chair and they don't have a lot of areas that are handicap accessible but to accommodate me they changed my reservation from a 4-person room to a two-person room to make it easier on me. Lisa who works in the front office is excellent. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay. Also let's not forget the breakfast that they serve every morning. The menu changes everyday. When I come back to LA, this will be the place I stay.”
