“We had the opportunity to photograph a wedding here over the weekend. It was absolutely beautiful and as a wedding professional what we enjoyed is how well everything is laid out. The couple had their entire day here; from getting ready to reception and it went off so smoothly simply because they didn't have to travel from location to location. It really made it super easy and the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating to anything we or they needed. Plus how many other venues have tigers and zebras? Such an awesome spot”

“I called about any rental units available and told there was no sub-leasing , was also informed about some mobile homes for sale and was told I can come and see them and if owners are there can talk to them...Manager was surprisingly very friendly and very professional and respectful, its a smaller park and very, affordable rent....I went to go see space #30....owner is outrages and the owner is an idiot, he's asking around 60,000$ for something that's worth 28-30,000....It's a good park a bit small but management makes a HUGE difference.....thank you .Mr Ramos”

“We were greeted with excellent customer service upon entering the hotel late at night, early morning. Hotel lobby is very clean! Hotel staff were setting up the complimentary breakfast station and it smelled wonderful! Check-in was a breeze with the online app. Rooms are very spacious and has all the necessities. After settling in, we went down for breakfast and the variety provided will serve many people of all needs! Great service and hospitality!”

“Great little campground to rest in after cycling from Oakland. $7 To camp at the Hike & Bike Site. Hike and Bike Campground is number 3 which is under the trees and get rain precipitating from the trees at night so bring a good waterproof tent, not a minal coversheet like one poor girl had setup under when I arrived in the dark to discover. It's cold and foggy in the mornings but the sun hits the north western corners of the car park so you can dry out your tent and gear. Rangers were nice helpful and friendly, they tried to help fix a flat on a guy's pickup the next morn. Bike repair station is a great touch for Cyclists.”

“Great check in experience. Jac was so kind after my very long drive to get to the hotel and made the check in process go smoothly and quickly so I could get to my room. Great room with a seating area by the balcony. The bathroom was a little small, but perfect for one person. Not much counter space for your items, but they put shelving in so you can set your belongings there. Overall a nice hotel for the weekend.”

“For our need, visiting family living close to Thousand Oaks BW+, the accommodations were just fine, we were there only to sleep & eat breakfast. The furniture is dated but in good condition yet the overall decor is tolerable & the other room amenities were good. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. We felt it wasn’t on the same level as other Best Western Pluses where we have stayed, yet again tolerable.”

“Hunniiiiii Chile scary experience, just keep ur eyes on the road. It's a small opening on the side of the road. It goes off the main road onto dirt track. Gonna be dusty so don't bother wash your car before because it's bound to get dirty. Tons of fun riding ATVs out n about freely with "Enjoy the mountains adventures"”

“Nice place to stay , quite, trails to take a walk,kid friendly, pet friendly, miniature golf , games inside the office. Management is really nice. My favorite is that the bike trails are close by. It's not brand new ,but to have the peace I had, I wouldn't trade it in for anything else. Management is very nice and friendly. Will visit again and recommending to friends and family , we appreciate good customer service.”

“Lots of amenities including free bike rentals for guests, fitness center, game room, & two beautiful swimming pools with hot tubs. Most rooms feature private decks with beautiful ocean - front views & barbecue grills. The only downside of our stay was that the laundry facilities were inadequate for the size of the resort.”
