“My girlfriend and I had one of the best weekends (and Christmas) of our lives here! We stayed in the Honeymoon Haven cabin which was homey and cozy! The kitchen was great to make our Christmas breakfast. The staff and manager was quick to respond by text and came to fix the oven. We loved the fireplace and it was actually nice to use our own sheets- felt like our own little home. Great value for the price. The bathroom was cold so bring a robe. We will definitely be coming back!”

“This is the very prettiest and cleanest motel I have ever been lucky enough to stay in and since covid has hit I have stayed in many motels but this motel is just the absolute best that I have been blessed with the opportunity to stay in.... I only wish that they offered weekly rates which would offer me an opportunity to stay longer but so far this is the top considering all the motels to be found on Union avenue. “I'm sure all of our experiences are different. I had no issues with this hotel. Front staff was friendly. We did have to pay $20 for early check in (check in at 2, but arrived at 12. $10 every hour). The room was clean, third floor gave us a small view of the street and mountains in the morning. It was quiet, it was very busy but people stayed to themselves. Parking was crowded, but we always had a good spot. Great walking distance to nearby food and drink. Met with housekeeping to change towels, she was also nice.”

The room is so clean and well put together, the view wonderful (Capitol records roof top lighted tree was lovely!) The best part was how nice the staff was to my puppy, offering a comfy bed, bowls and treats! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Hollywood area.”

“The staff was very helpful, the room was quite large, and while there were some cosmetic issues, the room was very nice, and very clean. I am not a morning person as a rule, but they had a wonderful breakfast buffet which included waffles, delightfully seasoned scrambled eggs, chicken tenders, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, fresh fruit, two types of juice, coffee and tea. A very quiet room and a laundry for guests. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe at this location, and I would be glad to stay there again!”

“Pros: This was a very nice hotel, clean room, lots of room freebies including bottled water, amazing continental breakfast, real sausage, eggs, 4 types of bagels, bread, cereal, coffee (even had almond milk etc.. golf cart always picked us up from the pickup spot within 10 min, they even did a favor by picking my wife up from casino point. We arrived early in the morning 7am and they allowed my wife to early check in at 8am, that was so nice of them! Cons: Room size, (room 110) was very small. I would stay there again though. Things they can improve: Customer service, didn't respond to reply email asking for pickup time after 3 days, it took a second email to get a response. During breakfast there was an employee smoking below us on the lower level (lobby), if you're sensitive to smoke, you may find it difficult. Overall, i would definitely stay here again! This is a good hotel!”
