“I enjoyed this placed. It's beautiful with mild hikes and nice picnic areas. They charge 8 dollar per vehicle and also have kayaks and rowing boats for rental. There is fishing allowed too but you need to buy a fishing license. There is plenty of parking and staff was friendly. Recommended!”

“This was the first time I visited this park, and I was very impressed. The trails are actually roads, and they're very well-maintained. The views are outstanding, and the redwoods and oaks are just wonderful to walk through. They have picnic tables throughout. The Umbrella Tree, by the spectacular view clear out to the ocean, is amazing!”

“If you liked any of Jack London’s book you must come to this beautiful place to learn more about this extraordinary man with an extraordinary life. Did you know he was one of the first white men to learn surfing? He also had so many love stories, there is a whole book dedicated to his women. If you come on Sun, you might catch a volunteer playing an original 1901 Steinway grand piano that belonged to London’s wife. ???? dogs are allowed everywhere except the inside the buildings. $10 ???? entrance Check out the museum, Jack’s grave, Wolf House and bran ruins, also a cottage ($3 entry, 2-4pm)”

“I REALLY liked this park. Barbecuing with our own grill was a breeze. There are tables and plenty of shade. With all of the families around i was surprised there weren't more people there. The bathrooms were decent, the playground was clean and plenty of room for croquet and football. I would definitely have a party there again.”
