“This is a great hiking area, you can also fish here. When the tide is coming in or the tide is going out there are halibut under the bridge. It is pretty Rocky and the pads can be steep so we're comfortable but sturdy shoes. This is a good place to take photographs, and you can even operate your drone here and get some magnificent footage. You can see the lighthouse and watch the traffic on the highway from above the Lagoon on the hill. You can also catch a beautiful sunset from here.”

“Moderate to easy hiking trails and wilderness area. Most trails here are unshaded so prepare well during warmer sunny days. I hiked in early March after a strong rainy winter and the hills were lush and green, an abundance of wildflowers we're present and a small creek was flowing in the lower canyon. Overall a nice place to get some exercise and fresh air. There is a parking lot and a nature center but be sure to check the hours before your visit if planning on using these amenities.”

Nice clean bathrooms. Some of the trails with steep sides have tall berms so there are safe for children but you can't look away too long. The size of the park is small but you can find 400 ft vertical elevation on well groomed trails. I walked. or climbed about 1 mile.”
