“My sister and I always take her German Shepherd out walking here and we love it. Quiet, serene trail runs parallel to a beautifully manicured golf course. Horse trail included. You feel like you're in the wilderness but you're really just right by Campus Park neighborhood. Easy trail to walk. Peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Cops frequent this area so I feel it is safe and protected.”

“They're kind of strict here. If you show up before they open, they don't want you around and it's $4 to park. Park host isn't so friendly. The new trail is great.”

“If you want a gated secure HOA community then it is one of the best locally. Nice family neighborhood but the homes are very tight and crowded for my tastes. However there's a real community feeling there. Schools are excellent for this area.”

“Camped there last night...they literally just opened the campsite yesterday. Trail is hard to get to. Need a 4x4 or Jeep. Large rocks on the trail in addition to two parts of a rather large tree that fell on the trail. We had to do work to get by...you get the point now on what I am saying. Once we got there the place did not disappoint. Would have given a 5 except for the pesky nats...there were a lot. No problem with wind. It actually died down at night, and picked up in the morning. Still not bad. Plenty of space, shared the campground with all the PCT'rs making their trek. Will definitely head back.”

“Park is clean and well maintained. Great for kids parties, family time with the kiddos or a family reunion. They have softball fields and time of grass to play on. The girls restroom was the only downfall, not well maintained and no lighting.”

“Hidden gem and the smallest beach in town! I love walking down this curvy staircase to the tiny beach/tidepool below. From this vantage point, you can enjoy unobstructed views of Laguna Beach, and even Dana Point on a clear day! You can also relax on the giant rocks at the end of the staircase and watch surfers ride the waves along Heisler Park’s mini beaches. This is a perfect secluded and romantic spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. There isn’t space to do much in this area but I recommend at least walking down the staircase for a little peek at this beautiful and tiny craggy shore!”

“This is a really fun park to visit. They really have some unique and different Park and playground items and not just for kids. This is a great place to teach kids about music, acoustics, and even physics. Check out the pictures that have been posted and you will see what I mean. Remember to always pick up your trash and after your pets. Keep the place looking nice. Enjoy your walk.”
