“Paige Meadows is a beautiful flat place to go hiking at in the Spring and Summer months. It is easily accessible, offers an amazing open landscape with great views, and is not overly populated.”

“We stayed in the small campground attached to the historic park. We were the only occupied spot, so we had wonderful morning and evening walks. Sunsets were awesome. If you really want to get away from it all, this is the place. We would give it 5 stars if it had hookups and dependable water supply.”

“Amazing little zoo!! Didn't expect a whole lot going in and boy was I wrong. This intimate little zoo allowed us to see these animals way closer than expected! Went on a weekday, so it wasn't very busy. All of the exhibits were great, but the bear exhibits truly stood out. I have never been able to get that close to a bear before. It was truly magnificent. The thing that puts this zoo ahead of all others I have been to is how closely all of the animals can be viewed. Also my first time seeing a snow leopard. Definitely recommend!”

“It’s nice but that drinking fountain has high chlorine and a high TDS test. I sell filtration for a living. I would not allow my child to drink that water”

“My boyfriend and I stopped by the Park as a last minute decision, so my two year old son could let some energy out. The playground has a great variety of equipment for all children. It was clean and well kept, and restrooms on site. Everyone were happy, nice, and all the other children in the park played amazingly well together. A+”

“Cool place for your dog to burn off some steam. Some people might not like that it’s sandy but it’s better than having grass and or weeds all over your dog. Kevin loved this place.”

“It's a nice park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Typical amenities with a grassy area for the dogs. Ample parking and easy access. It's not too far off the freeway so I plan to stop whenever I pass by.”

“It's an ok park. It doesn't stand out in any way and the only things in it are a small playground as well as a had basketball court. The wine thing I like about it is the trail that is on the side of the park.”

“Nice hike but make sure you are ready with eyes open. This is a 5 mile out and back with a bit over 1200 vertical feet. Some shade, but a lot of exposure also. Water, sunscreen and good footwear are an absolute must. I think the first 1/2 is the most strenuous but opinions may differ. A great option is to take the main train up and return using the Five Oaks trail which diverges from the main trail and connects again (you can't get lost). Great views from the top from Catalina Island to the Salton Sea.”
