And if your appointment at Personal Best is for 9 A.M., you're seen at 9 A.M. Not 9:20. Not 9:30. In my experiences elsewhere, I felt more like a "number" than a person, packed into a large, overcrowded room and treated by an overwhelmed assistant...in what felt more like a circus-like atmosphere than a healthcare clinic. “Mike is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. I am a Special Forces Green Beret with 31 years of service. I have been injured multiple times, both in training and overseas.
