“I lived in the Mississippi Apartments for 6 months. The apartment was a good home for me. There are several reasons. First, Liz is a very good Property Manager. She was always professional, responsive and easy to talk to. Second, maintenance at the Mississippi was very good. They always kept their word when they would come over. Third, the apartment had modern amenities. These apartments were probably built decades ago. However, management apparently cares to modernize the interior of the apartments to fit with 21st century style living which is cool. Fourth, my neighbors were good people. They were friendly without being nosy/annoying. The noise level was also good. Everything is quiet after 8-9 pm.”

“These apartments years ago used to be rough, so I was at first skeptical to move in. They gave me a proper tour I loved the layout and ensured we had security at night for our safety. The property manager Erin is great, she made us feel very comfortable and welcomed us with open arms. I have lived here for about 6months and the entire staff has been great! I’m really impressed on the complete turn around the apartments have made, I would defiantly recommend this property for anyone looking to move to the city of highland.”

Brett and his staff have always gone out of their way to accomondate our needs. I have NEVER experienced roaches or theft and their is security on site. Homecoming has been a great place to live, when I do move it won't be for negative reasons. I don't know everyone's individual situations, but I felt it very necessary to share mine for anyone who maybe looking for a new home.”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE! The Apartment Manager is great and really looks out for the community and its residents. The Maintenance Manager is very responsive to our needs. I'm not sure who this person is who wrote the review a month ago, but sounds like your typical ghetto trash who got evicted for not paying their rent and likely got her ass kicked out and had to pay a court judgement. The Manager does a great job of getting rid of trailer ghetto trash before they ruin this wonderful community!....perhaps a trailer down by the river would be more suited for this person!”
