“Charles is a very friendly person and has a decent amount of contacts for small home improvement jobs which is nice. My wife and I have worked with him twice both buying and selling our first home, and will always be thankful for him making sure we got top dollar for the sell. He is willing to come and work for you on his off time insuring that projects get done. An example is he came over with his own paint sprayer and spent all day painting some newly added doors we put in the house. The only friendly critique that I would say I have, is that there are sometimes it may feel like he is unavailable, due to working on another home with another client, having trouble getting his guys out to do work on your home, or being away with his family for a day or something like that (But really, who can be mad about the family thing?). All that said, you'll never find a perfect Realtor anywhere. And as I mentioned before, even if there are hiccups he will get the job done and do it well at the end of the day. He has a lot of experience and knowledge and over all I would say give this guy a shot, I don't think you would be disappointed.”

“2018 turned into months of searching aimless for a rental for my family and I to move into.
