“Villa Mar Vista vacation/Cal Vacation Homes - Wow what a wonderful place and delightful company to deal with! Yearly 17 of us (for now - one on way) take a family trip to spend time together and make memories. This was our 50th Anniversary and we could not have chosen a more delightful, exciting, breath-taking spot. Briefly about the home. It was perfect for our size, had more than enough of everything to make ourselves at home, a great pool and hot tub, games, toys and even buckets for the beach. This place was perfect! From beginning, booking with Jan to end - dealing with Joseph. He was kind (helped us check in a bit early) thoughtful (showed me how to find the golf channel) and responsive - We only had to communicate twice for small things and he immediately got back to us and help us figure out our issue. “Great place to stay! My family has come here for 18 years and has enjoyed every single stay. The view can not be beat and the condos are all great. This year we rented 9 units and every single one was in great condition - we had a small incident with the AC in one unit but the issue was remedied. Thank you for the great stay! I want to especially thank the management staff. I had overreacted to a situation and they handled the situation with with compassion and respect. I cannot thank them enough!”

“This was a perfect place to stay for our family . The property itself is very nice and clean. From the moment you open the front door, you realize you walking into the little Mermaid house :) It is very homie , warm and inviting. It has absolutely everything you need here , in case you forget it at home . It looks better in reality then in the pictures! Nancy made sure we had all information and tips for our stay. Any questions we had , she responded very quickly . We only wished we could stay longer... The name of the property “Serenity by the Sea “ really speaks for itself ..You could not describe it any better . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends.”
