“I have lived at The Diplomat Apartments in Studio City for a year and a half now and I love living in this building. I transferred from one apartment to another because I wanted a 3rd floor unit and they rarely go up for lease. I felt Carlo as a company did a great job with this transition - they were thorough with my moving out of my old apartment and the new apartment was in very great shape. My managers Jolé and Geobert were especially awesome through the process, walking me through everything step by step and being very clear as to what each step meant with costs of move out / move in, along with a new lease to sign. In my opinion, management / managers are a reflection of the company they work for and in this case, Carlo Inc is definitely a good company to be renting from. Having moved here from out of town, I feel fortunate and blessed that the first apartment I leased in Los Angeles was with Carlo Inc. Very happy with the decision!”

“I miss living at Tierra Palms i had great neighbors. What i miss the most is the property is maintain clean and when you have a maintenance problem management's are prompt about getting it fixed. The maintenance people are very friendly and polite always see them around everyday cleaning and working. The location of this place is perfect close to everything freeways,market,Costco,Buses and train stop. The other thing is they allow pets and they have a Pet Park as well. I moved out for other reasons but im moving back very soon closer to work as well.”
