She was the best !!!! always available to answer questions and concerns, always pleasant, always courteous. She is a creative problem solver and supportive through out my stay at Chaparral apartments. I also witnessed Tiffany and Maggie being generously kind when the laundry room had a water issue. Thank you for all the prompt repairs too, I never experienced immediately repaired so fast, like refrigerator replaced, Jose was excellent with all the concerns and always pleasant and courteous.. And Lindsey is terrific, high positive energy which made my move out feel better despite the stress to clearing out stuff. “I have not rented from Beta in over 20 years but still have great memories in this building. I dealt with all the family members and they were all quite humble and fair minded. Someone else said that the building was not up to their standards but the building was never amazing even in my time. I remember the elevator being slow even back in my day but then I say big deal. They could replace the elevator but then the tenant's rent would perhaps need to rise. You get what you pay for and that is what is so great about this building. The rent is perfect for businesses just starting out and I was happy that the option existed. If I know this family they will do anything that is reasonable to help out a tenant.”

“This is the third time we rent vacation homes through Tahoe Signature Properties. As always, the experience was smooth and positive. Their website is beautiful, house descriptions and pictures accurate and up to date, and the communication with the manager is quick and on point. This time we rented Charming Mountain Family Cabin. It must be a new rental on the market. Everything in the house was brand new: appliances, towels, bed sheets, furniture. It was such a pleasure! Nest thermostat, remote controlled fireplace, high end appliances. The house is sunny with great views. The backyard is sloped, which made for great improvised sledding place. It is a short drive from all the fun in Truckee and Tahoe area. We will be back for sure!”
