“The first and best place I've had banh canh! 🤤 Super glad an old coworker showed me this place, because the thick noodle dishes here are so comforting. My go to dish is #2 Banh Canh Ga, which is tapioca noodles with chicken soup. The dish comes with delicious chicken soup, slices of chicken, and it's topped with fried onions to elevate the flavor. Staffing seems low so service can be slow as a result. Parking here can be volatile, so hope you can get lucky snagging a spot. Otherwise, there's street parking as well.”

It represents in the legit fashion; I've had French friends and whatnot enjoy coming there cuz it reminds them of home. Is it perfect? Well, no. It is a bit expensive but you can't deny that they don't serve you substandard fair and that doesn't mean nothing. I enjoy eating inside for the dark cozy feel it has. It truly represents something; do you want some french cheese or some other type of French stuff? They usually have it- are they polite? Well, yes. Can you get alcohol there? Well, yes you can. “This place is for real. Wholly smokes. Fantastic. Combination platter with jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken. His jerk is some of the best I've ever had and his Curry is a nice complex Curry. He put the meat and plantains and festivals in a bed of red beans and rice. Those red beans and rice were out of this world. I'd drive the hour it takes from Oakland to eat here again. Picked it up and drove over to Crockett Park (a few minutes drive) and found a nice picnic bench in the shade.”

This place specializes in dim sum, bao buns, and some Chinese food. The shu-mai pork dim sum is good and made from scratch when you order it. The Xiao Long Bao are average, not enough broth inside. The BBQ pork Bao Buns are good. Excellent Orange chicken, ask for extra garlic. The Chow Mein is ok but somewhat flavorless. It needs a hit of soy sauce, and the chicken is a bit dry. You can choose the thin or thick egg noodle for the Chow Mein. I prefer the thin noodle. Egg drop soup is nice. Minus a star because cash only.”

“First time eating at CAVA, and what a treat! I heard there are CAVAs in San Diego, but this one I visited is located at USC Village in Los Angeles. My daughter frequented this place, and wanted me to try it. It is like a build your own salad bar...Mediterranean style. And oh my goodness 😍 the rich flavors and use of spices were incredibly amazing! Each bite was so flavorful. Hummus, Tzsiki sauce, Garlic sauce, roasted vegetables, Falafel... spring and super greens, coleslaw, corn, Pita bread..... Now that's a salad Ya hungry yet?? I ordered the Avocado Lentil Chef curated bowl. Apologies that the menu photo is blurry, but u can still make out the ingredients. My daughter ordered a build your own salad with all kinds of delicious ingredients. Then I ordered a scrumptious Salted Dark Chocolate Oat cookie 🍪 yummmmmm 🤤😋😋 wish I had a dozen or 2 of those! 🤣😂 10 out of 10!”

“Long wait, decent food, great servers. The servers kind of saved the whole meal and night. Things were pretty messy, as in tables that needed to be cleaned up and they were out of a lot of beers on tap. One pitcher of beer we did try was flat. After 4-5 tries of the waitress checking with the bar and coming back to tell us they were out, we finally ended with with Michelob Ultra. Not my favorite, but the table didn’t care at that point. Maybe short staffed? Definitely a place you would come back in a pinch, especially for the price but an hour wait for a table on a Monday night was a bit much. Once we were finally seated the food came and came and came, so all good there. For under $30 a person, it’s definitely worth a try. They also have take out options!”

“I'll start with the good- Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We ordered the Chicken Club sandwich, chicken tortilla soup, salads, and a kid's grilled cheese with fruit. Place was clean, but smaller than last location. My only complaint was that the person who takes orders in front didn't seem very friendly, and looked overwhelmed. Overall we really enjoyed our meals. We are from out of town, but will be stopping by in the future when in the area.”
