“I’ve toured almost every daycare center and in home center in orangevale and citrus heights. There was a reason I chose Playtime Academy and every day they lived up to that reason. Myself and my children will greatly miss this school and it was tough having to move on. All of the teachers are so engaged, conscientious, and compassionate. I was always well informed of each days activities, developmental growth, and concerns. The teachers went above and beyond to identify concerns in development, create growth goals and plans, and follow through with each possible solution. “I am a junior (2018) and I absolutely love it here. This is the place that I would recommend you got to if you stand out from the crowd, because that is pretty much everybody here at carver. We are all the people that everybody thinks differently about. If you dress in a suit and tie, a panda costume, jeans and a t-shirt, your pajamas, or whatever (as long as it is "non revealing") nobody bats an eye. if want to ride a unicycle around campus that is totally fine too! The school is pretty small (around 300 students usually) so the teachers can really interact with the students individually. though it is called a school of arts and science it is more art focused than science focused. The teachers grade your art against your own standard so if you aren't the best artist its ok, they grade it based off of your previous work. I Really enjoy going to carver!”

I found that though Nidhi ji is very accomplished she is still great at teaching beginners as well as advanced learners. We spent several weeks on basic aalankar etc and she was very patient as I trained my ears. She not only spots minute mistakes but explains again and again till you get it right . Kirk nurtures the individual, unique spirit in each child while providing a great education. I am pretty sure the teachers at Kirk have found a way to magically squeeze more hours into the school day! At the end of a busy week, when I talk to my son about what he did (reading, writing, math, science, engineering, computers, karate, yoga, basketball, library, music, art, cooking, and more) I can't believe how many wonderful experiences he has. The school also places an emphasis on developing character and citizenship. My son started with just a few hours a week at the Tot Center and loved it so much he went to Preschool 5 days.
