From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”

“Best storage facility experience...hands down!!! Being military, I have had my fair share of utilizing storage units to store my household goods. Some being a nightmare, others just bad customer service. At Roseville Self Storage, they went above and beyond. Treating us like family. The owners Always expressed how much they love and care for their military people. On storage move-out day, the owners drove by in the golf cart checking to see if we needed anything. They even gave us cold water bottles as we were loading up the truck (it was a hot day). Told us to not even worry about sweeping out the storage once we got it all empty, as they will take care of it. They are truly incredible people. The facility is clean and secure, we never worried about our storage unit belongings. 10/10 would recommend!!!”

Two containers 8x8x16 from Dallas, TX to Sacramento, CA for about $2K each. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, and as far as I can tell nothing is broken. ”

I was a little intimidated to bring the cars to a repair and auto paint shop, but after some research, I found Maaco. Zulema and Sally in the office are very professional and kind. They have gone above and beyond to answer all my questions, and the employees who paint the vehicles are outstanding! I started with an online request within a few hours I had a quote. I contacted the office; they made it so easy for me to start the process. I wish I had called Maaco sooner! I am thrilled with the level of service I have received.
