When we picked up the order this morning, we were greeted by happy faces, smiles and it truly made our start of the day fantastic! The location on the corner of Alton and Culver is convenient and there is ample parking if you are on the go or if you have more time, there is a nice seating area outside with umbrellas. Answer all the questions regarding preparations for store merchandises so that the shoppers can feel safe and virus free when shopping at their stores. In addition, the fabrics of most of the products are minimum maintenance, machine washable, casual to dressy, and multi-finctional for hot and cold weathers. “Joe knows his furniture, I told him about a couch I liked but it was at another name brand store. He told me that those name brand stores do not make couch’s that he knew who the manufactures are and can go direct and get it to you a lot cheaper. And sure enough the couch that I saw at living spaces he was able to pull up in his book and was able to tell me about the manufacture. I was impressed. I just got another couch made by Flex Steel from Joe. Go in and talk with him he can tell you anything you want to know with his 40 years of experience and get you quality that you will be happy with”

The two women who served us were friendly and had glow of real happiness on them, which is almost spooky for Los Angeles, but all the more remarkable because of it. The food was very good +- I had the chilaquiles, My friend had the heuvos rancheros, and they serve up a beautiful warm bolillo, which made me wish I could come back and sample their bakery in a more systematic fashion. the chilaquiles were very good but my bar is very high, unfairly so, I reckon. I think the HR were good too. I very much liked their unsweetened cafe olla, which I think I ruined by putting in half and half in a fit of distraction. Well it wasn't ruined but it would have been better without it. And I love what they did to make the sidewalk seating a friendly grotto like porch -- a pleasant oasis of character in this pretty bleak commercial neighborhood. I'd return again if I were for some reason in the neighborhood again...”
