This store and selection was a bit smaller than I expected, but everything was pretty clean and neat, most importantly, their meat case. The staff, who I think were the owners, were welcoming and friendly. I may not come here very often since their selection is so small and specific, but I will definitely keep this place in mind if I need an ingredient that I'm struggling to find elsewhere.”

“When dining in at Bourbon Steak Orange County, you are in for a real treat. The restaurant is located just to the left when entering the hotel lobby of Waldorf Astoria Monarch - Dana Point. We had an 8 pm reservation, being sat at a table that wasn't our favorite, not much of an ocean view unless you were on the outside balcony. We have an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The service and staff were amazing! Melissa, our waitress, is extremely professional and knowledgeable! If I could give more than 5 stars to her, I would. The food presentation and flavor were great. Wagyu beef is highly recommended. This is a place to go any time you want a great steak paired with excellent service. Not cheap but worth it.”
