Everyone’s at different levels of ability, but the coaches treat everyone the same ensuring safe movements and proper form. Owen has helped so many safely go from barely walking due to an injury or illness to squating with heavy weight. Their trainers are very educated in movement patterns and always there to give extra help and coaching.
