“Our family wants to thank Dolly, Jennifer and their entire team. We choose A Better Place to have my mom's services. When I called to get information even on the weekend Jennifer was very responsive to call me back and help me with all my questions. My mom was in hospice on her last days here with us. Jennifer was polite and made me comfortable with the fist conversation. I had called a few other locations and they seemed to only care about the money. Since Jennifer made me feel comfortable about the process. I am so happy that we chose to go through them. They made my mom's celebration of life a great memory for our entire family. We had asked if we could do a mold of my mother's hands since we had purchased the mold prior to my mom passing. It came in the day she passed so we were not able to do it. Dolly made every effort to make sure that we we're able to get it done. Now we will have my mom's hands with us forever.
