“I have trusted my daughter, and still do, with Mr. And Mrs. Mitchell, and their crew, since she was just over 6 years in age. We found them in 2017 hoping for the best. My daughter has always been taller, a baby gazelle I call her. She had to learn her own balance, strength, body and expand her respect. The Mitchell's and all their crew have been so helpful at keeping real life in perspective. You can tell by watching that Mr. Mitchell teaches with his heart. He watches each joint placement, correcting and encouraging, as well as force needed. My kiddo breaking boards with so much pride! Our daughter has grown so much in strength and mind. She is able to talk with everyone inside comfortably and is excited for each class. He teaches each kid as if they are his own and the office greets us all with warmth. Trust me I've been a pain parent, they have been patient with it all. I cant wait for my boys to start!”

“This place is perfect for a person who just needs maintenance chiropractic care. I have two spots that bother me due to my occupation and I just have to pop in, tell the doc where it hurts, he works his magic and I go about my day. No long waits and it's really affordable. If you are a person who is suffering from something more serious, have a recent injury or a complicated problem you will need to find a different place to go. When my friend asked me to sign up and do kickboxing with her I was very intimated but I did it anyway and here I am going on 2 years with a workout that I have been able to stick with and really enjoy. 9round is very unique there are no class times to sign up for you just get to show up when it is most convenient for you and get your 30 minute workout in. You don't have to have any kickboxing experience because you will have a trainer guiding you all the way through your workout. The trainers( Steven, Delanie, Evan) are awesome and will always keep you on your toes and push you when you need it most! Give 9round Thornton a try you won't regret it I promise!!
