“My first experience with Cold Stone Creamery was out in Hilo, Hawaii and I thought that "This must be the ice cream of the Gods!!!" My opinion on that has not changed. Best ice cream I have ever had. I have also had their ice cream cakes, and they usually have freshly baked brownies at the register. Be careful, you spent too much time here and it will effect your waistline as well as your pocket book. ;) So far I have not had a bad experience with the serving staff, but the last time I was in this store was pre COVID, so things can change.”

I ordered a couple drinks off Uber Eats, I’ve been ordering more online to not only help businesses, but also to be as safe as possible during the pandemic. Once I got my order, the cups had little affirmations written on them. One in particular that got me was, “You are enough.” Working in retail, I especially understand what you guys are going through now. “People can shop wherever they want. If they directly ask me, I will tell them that Target is one three stores that I go to. Each has their things. Target for example has the largest selection from groceries to department store stuff. It can be an excellent 'one stop' store to shop. Also, a cashier named Jackie has checked out my groceries a couple of time... she is always polite, courteous, and efficient. Along with the fact that each time I shop here she takes the time to write her name at the bottom of my receipt and thanks me for shopping at Target. Welp, because of that I have taken the time to do the survey and this review. Thank you Jackie, for doing what you do!”

So I broke my phone and was thinking it would take at least a day to fix... but Eric did some digging into my account and saw I was eligible for an upgrade AND he even saved me 12 dollars on my bill for a newer version of my old phone!! He answered everything I asked and did it with such kindness!! This guy deserves a raise for sure!!! He even went as far as to show me his phone and share his experiences with the particular phone I got (s20+)!!!
