Charles with Sky Manor made the entire process easy, and worked out all of the details with our insurance company. When it came time for the install, they were quick, professional and paid attention to every detail. All of the old shake was hauled cleanly away, and the new F-Wave shingles were expertly installed and look great! I am waiting for our first hail storm so that we can really test them out. “We had a patio cover built and the guy that built it said he could do the roof, so we allowed him to and regretted it shortly after. Didn’t look right, and wouldn’t you know, it didn’t work right either. He came back to “fix it” and we told him to leave after he tried fo put more shingles and tar on top of an already leaking roof. I reached out to Columbine and told them my problem and they came out and did an emergency fix because rain was expected and did that the same day, then scheduled us for a week out for the full repair. It was done correctly, quickly and with no problems. Can’t recommend them enough. Any roofing needs we have will be done by Columbine forever going forward.”

The owner and his sons are efficient, knowledgeable, and expeditious in resolving roof issues and standing by their work. I am in the process of selling my sister's house after she passed away. (The house had been my mother's home before my sister became the owner, and The Roof Dr. repaired and re-shingled the home's entire roof for my mom after major hail damage 3 yrs ago.) I needed to quickly have the roof of the house inspected and repaired to satisfy the new buyers of the house. I called Ken, the owner of the Roof Dr., to inquire if there was a transferable warranty on the roof work he did for my mom.
