“When I asked around in the mountains where I live, where is the best place to get a new plow? I was pointed to Broadway Total Power and Bill as the best shop in Denver. Bill runs a tight ship and exceeded my expectations on my plow and the customer service at the shop was bar none the best. I called in the middle of winter during Christmas Break and they got me in a couple of days later for a same day install of a BOSS DXT plow on my Ram which is working phenomenal for heavy snows in Fairplay. The instructors that honestly care about their students and they really make an effort to accommodate ADULT students with flexible class hours so you can have a job, kids and a life! People on here talk about going to their administrative office, the school site on Broadway, and complain because nobody is there - that's because they're busy doing hands on work with the students over at the lab site on Federal and Bellevue (Inside Exquisite, which is pretty hard to miss if you just look for the odd white building!) I'm confident with the education they are offering and know other graduates that are happily working in their chosen jobs because of the training and above and beyond education they received here.”

The customer service by Amanda and communication by her is pleasant, knowledgeable and clear. My truck was a challenge because I have an “Interlock” device which entails proper codes and special handling. The manager Scott and Mechanic Adam both knew and have worked on an interlock before, and really made the troubleshoot easier and smoother.
