“CrossFit Grail has been an amazing place to workout and develop. When I walked into the Grail at 265 lbs, I was crazy intimidated. I had heard about CrossFit, and seen the games on TV. I was intrigued by the concept, but terrified to be in a box with super fit people who were way further ahead than I had ever dreamed I would be. There is nothing that beats the feeling at working out in this box. The community is super inclusive and supportive, the coaches, the fellow athletes, the owners, everyone is there to support one another and encourage one another to keep growing. I had heard the horror stories of boxes that push you to just lift as heavy as you can, or say that if you’re not doing things to their scale then you’re not working hard enough, but this box is very encouraging about scaling things to your fitness level. They will push you to improve, but also encourage you to be mindful of where you are and what your limits are. My first year in this box has been accompanied by a fair amount of health complications related to things outside of the gym. The coaches and owners have worked along side me to keep me engaged, and encouraged me every time I had to come back in after time away. The community has kept up on what was going on with me as well, and I always felt welcome when I came back after time away. I can’t recommend the Grail enough, give them the chance to help you find your Quest and they’ll help you get there. Give yourself the chance to experience this amazing facility and staff, and to walk out with some amazing new friends!”

Good elevation changes, rolling fairways, strategic greens and good hazard placement allow for different levels of difficulty base on the different tee boxes. Houses are far enough away that beginners dont have to really worry about buying a window and the precision challenges are apparent enough that a low handicap player still has to think strategically.”
