“I went to Dr. Ray after a recommendation from my wife, and was blown away by the level of knowledge and thorough treatment she provided! I was struck with severe back pain following a couple of injuries to my neck/upper back. Dr. Ray was able to identify the issue (something another chiro was unable to do) and provide deep massages to loosen the muscles causing the pain, adjusted the affected areas, and showed me exercises to continue to strengthen. I'd never been to a chiropractor before this injury, as I thought they were all hacks and quacks. My first experience two days earlier with a different chiropractic practice, almost confirmed that. “The team at Trail Winds took care of my husband until we had to move to another state. They were amazing. So attuned, organized, kind. Each visit, the nurse and/or doctor would always take time to just be with us, connecting, checking in on emotional needs too— not just taking perfunctory vitals and assessing meds. Scheduling is easy, they're almost always on time or ahead of schedule and let you know if they're running late, and they are super receptive to feedback and what works for you to best tune your neurofeedback to you and your brain.
