“A great area with lots of shops to check out. One of my personal favs there is a well supplied Goodwill store. Who doesn't love a good bargain? For a howling good time visit Base-Mar Shopping.....hehe There's also several good places to grab a bite to eat at there but If you're on the go like i am quite often, then there's a Taco Bell, Wendy's & a Subway there for fast food too.”

“Bert is a phenomenal trainer who makes working out fun, educational, creative, and tough but safe! I’ve been working out with her for a few months now, and she always surprises me with how many new exercises she comes up with every visit. The classes are always exciting with a super friendly and supportive team atmosphere. I’m still amazed at how much preparation goes into each lesson. She provides a spreadsheet each week to guide us through new exercises for our home workouts. Each exercise has a link to an online video demonstrating how to do the exercises properly. The catalog of videos from the full staff at Strive and Uplift is enormous and always growing. Bert is especially knowledgeable about body mechanics and sports performance and teaches us how to train effectively while protecting us from injury. She is always helpful and careful to keep an eye on our form to make sure we are tailoring the workouts to our personal body requirements. I highly recommend Bert at Strive and Uplift for anyone looking to take their strength and conditioning to the next level!”

“I was kind of surprised to read so many negative reviews with Art Cleaners. We had a house fire at that beginning of November 18' and JJ and Nick Bjork handled our pickup and delivery. I have now been told that they are on the restoration side of the business, but I HAVE to applaud both of these guys on their professionalism, customer service, and all around being great guys! All of our clothes were smoke damage (which has proven to be almost impossible to get the smell out of our personal belongings) and these guys did it! There were a few stains on clothes, but my wife and I knew that they had been there forever. With little to no expectation of them getting those out, they still tagged each item and let us know that they tried, but were unsuccessful. Not only that, they had each item tagged, inspected, and reported as cleaned or non-salvageable. After receiving the items back, I called JJ and stated there were a few items that still were holding the smoke smell. Here is where outstanding customer service came in. He drove to our hotel, after hours, and picked up all of the items. From there, they re-cleaned and deemed some items were not able to be cleaned (if you smelled the fire, you would understand why.) JJ then dropped all of the items back off, again after hours, at the hotel. All the while, JJ maintained constant communication and when he couldn't answer a call or a text, he got back to us within the hour. Unreal customer service in a process that has been a mess in almost every other facet. I can't thank JJ and Nick enough. Whoever is running this business needs to give these guys a raise (or something to retain them as employees.) Stand-up gentlemen and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us during a tough time! If I had more than two thumbs, they would all be up for these two guys!”
