“Beautiful state park! Cost $9/car since prices went up for 2019. Parking gets pretty tight. We went on January 5 at noon and parking was packed. The road in the park is very narrow and can get muddy and icy. Half of the park doesn’t get sunshine so there’s lots of snow. Warm, water resistant footwear is advised. We took the Fowler Trail which is less than a mile. We got some beautiful views, keep following the trail once you get to the park boundary to get some awesome canyon photos.”
