Elevate Yoga

Great instructor and environment! I finally found a class that is just right - Christina is very in touch with her students and eager to lead a class for all.

I took a restorative yoga class at Elevate Yoga. I have taken many different types of yoga classes over the years. I have to say that this class was the absolute best class I have ever attended. The level of kindness and gentle flow of instruction given by Stacy allowed me to attain a truly restored state of deep relaxation and reconnection with my body and mind. I highly recommend Elevate Yoga to everyone seeking to feel restored and renewed.

I absolutely love the instructors (Laurel is my favorite) and I love the energy and vibe of the studio!! In addition, I love Elevate yoga because it is welcoming and such a beautiful space to practice yoga in! Plus the community of people are wonderful and authentic!!

Elevate is a nourishing place. There are varied class levels and the teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, Stacy, constantly looks for ways to improve your experience and is always open to suggestions. I am grateful to be part of this community!

Elevate Yoga is such a nice and relaxing yet invigorating place! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recently have been taking classes with Courtney Reese who is one of the best yoga teachers I have found yet! Her ability to guide me through and maintain yoga poses as well as consciously remain aware of my breath and surroundings is unparalleled. She has allowed me to grow my yoga practice more than ever.
