(February 20, 2019, 10:27 am)BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! Absolutely the best place to get them started with health and fitness. Neil and his staff do an excellent job of teaching the kids proper movement mechanics and safety. You won't find a gym that builds a better foundation for your child. As a coach/trainer myself, I recommend all kids getting into strength training START WITH MIGHTY MOVEMENT ACADEMY!
