“It took me nearly 3 months to find an apartment unit that had all the amenities I needed at what I believed to be a fair price point. I was further convinced by Daniela's and her supervisor, Stacy's, passion for their job. They make candy baskets for their tenants on holidays and have answered all of my questions with a smile. I never feel that I'm inconveniencing them which is a wonderful feeling to have your leasing agents care to such a degree. Furthermore I accidentally dropped some laundry on the way to the laundry room and the clothes I dropped were left on top of the laundry when the cycle finished, which makes me feel safe about the community. Lastly the complex is extremely quiet at night. All of these together made me chose the hudson over other places I was looking at. The thing that stood out the most is the amazing leasing staff. As a first time renter I knew with Daniela's and Stacy's attentiveness I would be in good hands with anything I was unsure about. I can foresee myself renewing for multiple years to come because of their dedication to their jobs.”

“What an amazing store, it's so nice to find a store that is just cats. It's frustrating going into most pet stores and finding a tiny section for cats and the rest is dogs. The staff has always been amazing, always willing to chat about kitties and share stories of their own cats and even listen to your stories and look at pics. I love how welcomed I feel in that store.”

When I arrived, I had a mask on but completely missed the sign asking customers to stay in car and call (I wouldn't have been able to call anyway, as my phone was broken.) The gentleman at the door was still very polite, and took my phone. When I came back an hour later, he was waiting and walked me through what he'd done (charge port wasn't working). He explained that he could potentially fix it but warned me that it would be expensive and gave me options that wouldn't put money in his pocket but would be cheaper for me. I tried to at least pay him for the hour he spent with the phone and he wouldn't even take that. Since I'm writing this in May, 2020, I think we all know that every one of us is under extra stress right now, but this guy was still professional, friendly, and helpful. Bravo.”

“I just joined Zone today after trying it out last week. The facility is gorgeous! Brand new, clean, and well-maintained equipment. Plenty of lockers available, and the locker rooms are perfectly maintained. I really appreciate that I can choose any machine at any time and it is available and ready to go. The selection of cardio machines, as well as core and other weight circuits is impressive. Their class offerings look great! I am excited to get in to try one of them. Also excited for the final stage to be completed with the steam room, sauna, spin studio, and hydro massage. There is a great free-weight section as well at two (soon to be three) platforms for Olympic Lifting, which I am thrilled about as that is my primary sport. Platforms are hard to find in the Denver area, and to have one so close, with top of the line equipment is thrilling! Every staff member I have interacted with is so nice and friendly! Never pushy, always happy, and seem to enjoy their job, which is a nice change of pace for a fitness chain :) Excited to see what the next year brings with my membership at Zone!”

The fresh meat was all good quality. Plenty of selection in the frozen and refrigerated foods. This store seems to lean heavier on the Mexican selections in the dry goods, always a plus. The bakery always smells delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have to have that specific brand of breakfast cereal maybe you should go to a Kroger store, if you are satisfied with any brand of "cinnamon toasties" this is your store.”
