Fire station

“I was on my way to work and thought, I should grab a cup of coffee at the bucks... I realized I had forgotten my wallet... I found myself at the gas station... I had no fuel... I asked a half of dozen people if they could help with 3$ for a gallon of fuel. People quickly said no after they looked at my 80,000$ car, I’m guessing that’s part of the quick no! I know if someone dressed nice and at work commute hours asked for a gallon of gas I would most definitely help, no one did but a Denver fire department, firefighter he helped and guess what dude I’m home, I have my wallet, And I really appreciate it! Thank you!!!”

“Update 1/8/19: The improved shoulder pad is fantastic and continues to work well for heavy loads. Bought my wife an illusive mustard color Felix for Christmas and she’s in love with it. Keep up the great work Winter Session Update 10/9/18: Winter Session followed through and sent me a beefier shoulder pad which looks to be able to solve the poor weight distribution of the original pad; it’s nicely made and a fitting improvement. Customer service is huge in this day and age, and even though there were some hiccups, winter session got it done for me, and for that I’m very pleased. Original review: To be clear, this should really be a five star review, but as it stands it’s four. I’ve owned the day bag for around a year and use it everyday for work, carrying a laptop, tablet and loads of paperwork....it’s heavy. The bag is built exceptionally well and has worn like iron, looking better and better as it ages. My main concern and literal pain point is the strap. It’s a one inch strip of leather with a very short shoulder slip, that in my case has never been remotely up to the task. Seems and feels like an afterthought when compared to the bag itself. Customer service is pretty sporadic to say the least. To their credit they did offer to send me something they’ve been working on as a replacement, but alas, that has never materialized. Emails and phone calls have since gone unanswered. I currently use a padded nylon shoulder slip as a stop gap, which works, but is out of place on an otherwise incredible piece of craftsmanship. I hope one day a different strap is made available, and when it is I’ll be first in line with my money. Cheers”

“I'm giving a general response to all the whiners and complainers I've seen review this place, my message is especially intended towards the people who have "just moved here" like Katherine Johonett who posted previously and the people with 7-20 kids who blame the system and everyone else for their kids starving. I have found some of you reviewing salons and restaurants as well, doesn't sound like your struggling too hard having your nails done and eating out while the rest of the working taxpayers like myself are at work all day, and sometimes all night. I am a Colorado native and a taxpayer and at this time in my life can't afford medical care. I am grateful for the programs that offer temporary help to people like me who have paid into the system, and sometimes need some help in return. My message to the people who "just moved here" who are flooding into our state by the thousands and screwing up what was once a great place to live, I would hand you a good map to go back to where you came from. The people of Denver and Colorado don't owe you anything, and the people working behind the counter are tired of all you transplants coming here to drain our resources and contribute to the overcrowding of our city and state. Did it ever occur to you whiners that these workers may be tired of working all day, every day to hand out free benefits they have to work hard to earn? Also you are not customers or clients, you are not purchasing or buying anything, you are asking the taxpayers to GIVE you benefits that are worth thousands. This isn't Macy's or a restaurant, salon, etc. you are not giving you are receiving. Be grateful that these programs are here to help you, you are not entitled to certain level of "service". To the women with all these children that they expect everyone else to feed and take care of, there are drug stores on every block that sell condoms cheap or even give them away. I'm sure you enjoyed every minute of conceiving these kids without a thought of how you'd pay for them. Oh wait, that's right there's always us, the taxpayers that will take care of it for you. If you can't afford to have kids, take some birth control and/or learn how to use a condom. I guess if you did that though, you wouldn't get paid or receive free benefits, you might actually have to get a job OH MY! Keep in mind these services are meant to temporarily help people between jobs, illness, disability, domestic violence situations, divorce, etc and not for all you very "fertile" women to make a career of having taxpayer funded babies. Finally, there are "now hiring" signs everywhere in this city, instead of whining that your not getting your "entitlements" online, try filling out some job applications instead. Stop complaining about people who are working all day everyday to give you freebies, you obviously aren't walking in their shoes.”

“We loved renting space at this location. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, but didn't sit over your shoulder and annoy you. They have a couple of forklifts and a driver that is available during the day to offload your shipments and take to your unit. They will even receive your shipment and put it in front of your unit if a shipment comes in unexpectedly. They have dollies, furniture dollies, and several pallet jacks to move stuff around. We never had any issues with critters. We are going to miss the place!”

“Adults and Crafts is a blast! They offer fun and affordable kits for the average Joe (or Joanne!) The kits come with instructions, and all the parts that you need to complete a project. The subscription service is awesome if you have an itch for crafts on the regular. The ideas are fun, and unique. I love the subscription because you get to try something new every month. If you just want to do a one off craft, they make an awesome gift, party pastime, or a treat for yourself.”
