“This was originally going to be a 1 star review but the Store Manager Bryan reached out and ensured everything was taken care of and maintain customer satisfaction. Delays and mix ups happen. I can usually work around delays. I get it. But it is the way the information is communicated that makes a difference for me. I was told many different things by different people. In the end I talked with the Store Manager and he cleared up everything and everything was squared away. I just wish it didn't take up to the level of a store manager to resolve the issues. Props to everyone being professional and kind through all this. Overall the store is very nice. Huge store with tons of products. The associates are very nice. The prices were comparable if not better than most other places. It was nice being able to walk into a store and see and in most cases drive away with what I wanted rather than having to wait for product to be delivered from some warehouse.”
