“This is my second outing with a personal and I'm thoroughly happy with my results and the services I've been provided. Edge fitness consist of two trainers Derek and Justin who are dedicated to giving you the safest and most effective route to your desired results. In the beginning this summer my goal was to become faster and stronger. The next day I was undergoing a diagnostic workout that allowed my trainer just to adequately determine my strengths and the areas I need to improve. After that my workout plan consisted of three days working with my Trainer as well as two days without. The workout were exhausting and really pushed me to my limits and beyond as the trainer helped motivate me to work through the pains to receive those gains. 😃 Anyway as my training progressed so did the complexity of my workouts. During these times the trainers demonstrated what I was doing and what I needed to be doing and more importantly why. As of now my training has been on going from mid June till now and will end in early February. I feel I met my goals in terms of becoming more athletic and I've even put on some muscle during our time. The $500.00 a month price tag might seem like a lot but I feel for the training you get and the things you'll learn to eventually tackle the gym on your own, push your limits and do it safely I think that the price is well deserved. And it's more affordable than many of the larger established gyms rates throughout the area. So if you're ready to start the fitness journey to become the strongest healthiest version of your self a great way to go is to the edge, edge, edge, edge, edge...😃”

“Wonderful experience, I will be back. I paid $6 for a whiskey, which the 'bartender' made (as you do) with a large ice cube -- and also had a $3 beer (the Thursday special). This was exactly I wanted. The music was great and I cleared through my emails and hit that illusive Inbox Zero. The room has a comfortable leather couch. I hopped on a Zoom call with business associate and was able to focus on the conversation as I enjoyed my beverage. By the time I left, the 'bartender' (in quotes because this is also a coffee shop, so he is a skilled barista as well) was had a delightful personality and always makes me feel welcomed every time I come back. And I will be back. My son had the Italian soda and a bag of chips. He particularly enjoys that they're topped with whip cream. We put our empty glasses on the counter as we left. Of course, the bartender waved bye and wished me a wonderful evening as I left. Bye!”
