I received a phone call from the staff asking if I had any questions, then an email the week before with details for our party of what to expect, and then another phone call confirming the party and going over any requests/questions we had. The staff was very energetic and engaging for all the party goers. They set up everything and entertained all the kids. My daughter and her friends had such a fun time.
