“This year was of course different and not completely for the better. The guy who normally does our taxes is deployed and instead of having someone else complete them, they are continuing to have him do them. Very hard to talk to him about questions we had. Kind of disappointed this year, hopefully next year will be back up to their great service. *Note: the communication aspect is what changed and we completely understand being deployed. He communicated the best way he could. We are just more face to face and phone people. We still recommend using them!”
