(September 1, 2019, 10:38 am)It is a nice, friendly RV Park. Easy to get to, a reasonable distance from Denver for a nice getaway. Lots of full-timers. This is a Coast-to-Coast club park. Always lots of members and friendly folks from all over to talk to. Good mixture of age/family groups. Family friendly, pet friendly with rules. Older park but well maintained. Lots of amenities and activities. The spots are mostly easy to get in and out of. Some pull through spots and a mixture of space services, plus storage. Downsides: highway noise and now houses have encroached all way to the east boundary.

(August 31, 2019, 10:48 pm)Way cheaper than anything in Colorado Springs, and only 12 miles up the road. We stayed for 4 nights and used virtually all their facilities and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly secluded park with not to bad traffic noise, despite being pretty near the interstate. Easy to get in and out of.

(July 12, 2019, 5:04 pm)Nice place, lots to do for anyone of any age. The staff here is very helpful and the lots have a beautiful view of the mountains. The dirt roads are a bit rough on cars and the layout is a little confusing but once you become familiar with the park it feels like home.

(June 7, 2019, 2:34 am)Nice cozy RV park and campsite nestled in the woods about 30 minutes south of Denver. One of the few RV parks around. They everything from full service to pull through or dry-docking. There’s a nice lodge with friendly staff and have a very historic feel to it.
The spots are a little close to neighbors to plan ahead. Highly recommended.
