My entrance was greeted by a group of very polite and helpful staff. As soon as they found out I was still in planning, they got John Davis to assist me. We had a good discussion and his expertise helped me very much. I left with two possible solutions and their relative costs. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a product I might not really want. My wife and I looked at our budget and made our choice. When I returned to RMFP, John greeted me and we sat down working out details. We reached agreement and John made all arrangements for payment and delivery. It was a pleasure. “I'm updating my review based on the overall service I received from this location. I initially visited to have a hitch installed, but the model I needed was not in stock. While I would have appreciated being able to take care of this in 1 trip (it took 3) the location (especially Jessica) and U-Haul management worked to make things right. While the hitch I needed was not easy for them to have shipped, they found a location that had it and expedited it's delivery so I could have my hitch installed ASAP. Initially, I was very irritated and frustrated since it took multiple visits, emails, and phone calls to sort this out, but I appreciate how willing they were to work with me.”
