(July 11, 2019, 7:02 pm)Great neighborhood in SE Fort Collins. Well cared for and friendly. Close to shopping, restaurants, public library, churches, I-25 and activities. Well established with mature landscapes and trees. Small kid's playground, a central pond in a park with walking paths throughout. Also has a private community swimming pool.
