“I want to share how amazing Kim S. was today. I went in to pay my bill using my care credit and there was noone at the front desk so I was brought back to Kim in another area. I explained I had tried to pay my bill calling the number on the statement by using my care credit and seemed 2 staff didn’t know how to do that and took my phone number stating they would have someone who did know how to take a payment with this card call me back and two days later still noone had. Kim called multiple staff to see if they could help, she didn’t have rights to doing care credit anymore and she got no where. Finally she reached someone who took the payment. Her customer service went above and beyond, she was very kind and apologized for my trouble. She didn’t have to do what she did but I’m very thankful she did! Outstanding customer service! “This was my first visit with Dr. Link. I spend a lot of time in the sun and wanted a skin cancer exam. I appreciated the way Dr. Link explained things as the exam progressed. She dealt with a pre-cancerous issue during the visit. She also dealt with another issue that other doctors never noted or addressed during prior exams. I felt that the care I got from Dr. Link was exceptional. Everyone in the office that I came in contact with was caring, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Link has a very good support staff. “Well, as an old man who wears his glasses constantly, I really didn't like it when my glasses snapped literally in half last Friday afternoon! I noticed that the Eye Center of Northern Colorado out at Centerra was open on Saturday. I called Friday and a delightful young lady named Andrea picked up the phone and after checking she thought they might have a frame that the lenses would fit in. I got there at 8 am on Saturday - the lenses fit, and the original frame was ordered at what seemed to be a reasonable price and we'll swap everything back when the new frame comes in. This was service that exceeded my expectations and got me back in action without any worries or inconvenience. I was VERY grateful for the cheerful and happy service!”

When I was able to come and visit, I was relieved and deeply moved by the loving, kind, and positive nature of every single staff member I met. Catherine Lanza, the Generations Program Director, and all of her team. are providing compassionate, joyful, and competent care that is helping my sister and all of the other residents to be as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. Despite the challenges of the very vulnerable people in their care, the staff members manage problems promptly with understanding and love. Everything is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. As busy as they are, I deeply appreciate that Catherine and Haley, the Activities Director, are going the extra mile by making it possible for me to have video visits with my sister, so it will be easier for me to stay connected with her long distance. “Awesome employees. I’ve had my account 2 weeks. I’ve gone in several times because I was unable to use my card for the last 72 hrs. Three days ago fraud prevention locked my account, didn’t tell me nor any of the 4 bankers with whom I’ve spoke in person. Apparently someone tried to use my card on Walmart.com and fraud shut them down. I’m so thankful they did because I’m a single dad living paycheck to paycheck an inch from homelessness. It would’ve been nice to know but they have been fronting me cash for rent, etc. really awesome people and even though my gas tank is on E and I can’t fix this until I go to the bank tomorrow, I feel safe knowing that they disallowed a fraudulent charge.”
