He encouraged me to buy my own parts to save money, communicated well, and was generous on his labor costs. He even put in a new coil for me on a Saturday for free. I will bring my car back to Wicked Wrench next time I need any work done.”

“They have well kept soccer and football fields here. They also have a play area and restrooms here as well. It’s a bit of a distance from I-25 but if you need a break from driving this is a good place to get out and stretch your legs. It’s good for all ages.”

“My husband's jacket was stolen out of the closet after we checked out. We called and called. They kept saying they didn't find anything... REALLY?? Obviously, they don't train their staff to be honest. I won't stay here again. Too bad, because it is a nice hotel. UPDATE- the head of housekeeping called me and she apologized for the mix up. They had my husband's jacket after all. No communication between the front desk & housekeeping! She was very polite and helpful. Thank you very much!”

“This was our first time staying at Pine Haven and we will be back! It’s such a cute and cozy place! We stayed in the Black Bear cabin and we were amazed by all the cute details throughout the cabin and the resort. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed! The staff was incredible and very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub a few nights too, so that was a special add on to the resort. The area is quiet also... we even had an up close and personal encounter with a huge elk one morning right by our cabin! We also enjoyed hiking on the trail to deer mountain summit from the resort. I highly recommend Pine Haven... can’t say enough good things about it!”

“My husband and I took our family to Fall River Village last weekend and had a fantastic and memorable trip. The grounds and facilities are immaculate, upscale and family friendly. The condo we stayed in had comfortable, new beds and furniture that made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff was friendly and responsive to our questions and we ended up walking into Estes for all our shopping trips and meals, since it is close by. The kids enjoyed the large pool on the premises and the hot tubs are out of this world! I couldn’t end this review without mentioning the view of the mountains right outside our window and from our porch. Wow! My husband and I were both wishing we could live here and enjoy this view every morning. It was breath taking! As we were leaving, there was an Elk relaxing in the shade near the pool to wish us goodbye. I highly recommend Fall River Village if you are looking for comfortable, gorgeous accommodations in Estes park. We can’t say enough good things about this place!”

“We stayed in one of small cabins and loved it. Very quiet, comfortable and clean. And you can't beat the lovely setting and wonderful staff. Coin op laundry also clean and even has a folding table. Wait for your laundry at the picnic table on the deck! Room for improvement: less stored bedding so chest can be used to unpack suitcases and a fan for the bathroom. Otherwise, we loved it. We went bird watching right on-site.”
