“I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency. My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.”

This time, with no customers waiting, 5 workers were standing around visiting while the salsa area needed refilled and cleaned, and the dining area had several dirty tables. Having worked at jobs like this with young employees, I know keeping the dining room neat must be taught as an expectation by management. So, teach them, and expect it! ????
