“Very thorough! I booked my appointment online after reading several reviews about folks who tried to save money and went to a bargain windshield replacement shop. I have an FJ Cruiser, and for whatever reason these windshields are slightly more complicated to replace, so couldn't do the have them come to me option. But, after seeing it up online, they had ordered all the pieces necessary to do the replacement. They also advised me that one of the molding pieces that they usually have to replace was not the same color, but they would try to save the existing one. They were successful in saving that piece! I had read online that everyone who had theirs replaced had broken. Plus, Safelite is giving me a refund for that piece that they didn't have to use! While that may be what you would expect a company to do, it's nice to have a company do that for you with out even asking. Much appreciated!”

“They have shown they will go above and beyond for their customers. I had to move last minute and booked online. When we went to move in, I realized they weren’t open and didn’t open until Monday. Imagine the feeling of what I’m going to do. I called to hope that maybe someone was there, no answer. I called one more time and still no answer. I was about to find somewhere else to store my things. Then they personally texted me asking if there was anything they could help me with. Yes! Took the time out of there time off to reached out to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to continue my move with no added stress. I was very appreciative! Thanks again!”

“Great little gym. It doesn’t have a ton of machines, as it isn’t very large, but it is typically not busy enough to impact your workout. They have all of the essentials, though, which is really nice. The guy at the front desk who’s always there when I go is awesome! Always smiles and welcomes you in. The locker rooms are also really nice, much better than the ones at the Fort Collins Club location.”
