“I wanted to get into shape, but I wanted to try something different than just going into the gym everyday so I had an idea to try Pilates. This Pilates studio was amazing, I instantly fell in love with it. It was a spacious and relaxing environment that I felt at ease with. When I went to the first week of 2 or 3 Mat class, I was amazed at the result of how flexible and tone my body was becoming. The staff was really great, they calmly worked with me and made me feel welcome every time I went for class. Now I go to Pilates every day and I still love it. For anybody wanting to experience the best Pilates program ever, I would recommend this place.”

“I started Jazzercise way before I started having kids. I love the focus on strength training that is mixed in with fun dance steps, the use of weights, and keeping a strong core. In Evergreen, our classes are a variety of people and abilities, but everyone works at a pace that best fits their individual needs. If you need a harder workout, then put more energy into each move. Or if you are recovering from an injury, modify the workout for your won needs. It is housed within the Kinetic Arts Studio, so there are specialized floors which help minimize impact on your joints. Classes are generally smaller, and I have found it to be a studio where I can grow and practice without feeling intimidated. My absolute favorite classes are the family classes-teaching my toddler all about wellness, self care, and yoga is such a blessing. Family yoga is an awesome combination of movement, play, and music! Prenatal yoga at Sweet side has made my pregnancy a joy! I can't say enough good things about this studio.”
