“We've gone for several open plays here with no problem. When it comes to getting in one of their competitions we ran into issues with their current software and getting the slot booked. Assuming there are plenty of open slots (as the screenshot would infer) I tell my son about it and get him all hyped up for it. Well, once you login to the system, still the same. Once you click through the "Sign up now" button you get to a page that tells you everything is booked up. So, I call and tell them this expecting that they could make an exception since the software they're using is obviously not a good fit. Luckily, the owner replied and was able to move things around to get a few more open slots. This means a lot to my son as he was very much looking forward to getting to go to this event. My fault that I got him all hyped before the bookings were finalized but needless to say I'm very pleased with the management at Ninja Nation. I understand the issues that small businesses face with technology today and these guys handled it well. If you're looking for a great place to take the kids then look no further than Ninja Nation. Kids of all skill levels are sure to have a blast.”

“CrossFit Grail has been an amazing place to workout and develop. When I walked into the Grail at 265 lbs, I was crazy intimidated. I had heard about CrossFit, and seen the games on TV. I was intrigued by the concept, but terrified to be in a box with super fit people who were way further ahead than I had ever dreamed I would be. There is nothing that beats the feeling at working out in this box. The community is super inclusive and supportive, the coaches, the fellow athletes, the owners, everyone is there to support one another and encourage one another to keep growing. I had heard the horror stories of boxes that push you to just lift as heavy as you can, or say that if you’re not doing things to their scale then you’re not working hard enough, but this box is very encouraging about scaling things to your fitness level. They will push you to improve, but also encourage you to be mindful of where you are and what your limits are. My first year in this box has been accompanied by a fair amount of health complications related to things outside of the gym. The coaches and owners have worked along side me to keep me engaged, and encouraged me every time I had to come back in after time away. The community has kept up on what was going on with me as well, and I always felt welcome when I came back after time away. I can’t recommend the Grail enough, give them the chance to help you find your Quest and they’ll help you get there. Give yourself the chance to experience this amazing facility and staff, and to walk out with some amazing new friends!”

“Great gym, love all the equipment, never have to wait for a cardio machine, sometimes I have to wait to use a weight machine... but there are other to keep me busy while I wait... I have been going to this gym for awhile now... and I notice the same nasty dirt on the bottom of the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend them to clean that. Also their punching bag is in a horrible location, the bag should not be attached to anything else... it should have it's own area.”
