When my friend asked me to sign up and do kickboxing with her I was very intimated but I did it anyway and here I am going on 2 years with a workout that I have been able to stick with and really enjoy. 9round is very unique there are no class times to sign up for you just get to show up when it is most convenient for you and get your 30 minute workout in. You don't have to have any kickboxing experience because you will have a trainer guiding you all the way through your workout. The trainers( Steven, Delanie, Evan) are awesome and will always keep you on your toes and push you when you need it most! Give 9round Thornton a try you won't regret it I promise!! Both studios are absolutely beautiful and have excellent Balanced Body equipment, all in fantastic condition. Each of the instructors so far have been professional, friendly, and encouraging. I've attended other classes where there is way too much personal information shared or on the opposite end of the spectrum, are cold and impersonal (ego alert!) Not here. I always feel welcomed by the staff and trainers and look forward to each session.”

“This gym is great! Every instructor has been so motivating and welcoming. Each one has their own unique music and workout style to get you moving and muscles burning. PSF has great class hours, from 5:15 AM to 7:15PM. They never seem to fill up but always have just the right amount of people in them. I can go easily before work, or stop by after without having to shuffle events around. Parking (at least for the hours I go) is never a chore, and its conveniently right next to Whole Foods. Its definitely a gym built on people that want to be there, and want a good workout. I have not left once feeling like I didn't get a solid work out, I highly recommend dropping in for their introductory week....”

“Great gym. Very clean and they just got a ton of new equipment! The classes are awesome too and offered at a wide variety of times. Great staff that always takes the time to say hello. And if you're serious about your growth they have a great selection of personal trainers to pick from. There's also an onsite sports massage therapist, which is a first for me (not included in your membership), but totally worth it.”
