“Vernon doesn't "do" massage. He is a whole body therapist. I recommend not choosing a massage style and letting Vernon find what your body needs. He has a fine sense of the systems of the body and reads the state of it quickly. He released all the spots, tied me in knots, and I have never felt better after a massage. He will test the limits of your range of motion if you let him and well... you should. Going forward I wont go anywhere else.”
