Although opening a new place always begins with challenges, the staff and volunteers of Forest Ridge have been amazing! Dealing with memory care is such a challenge for the agency as well as the family and everyone involved. “Amazing care from the minute my husband was admitted. It was Easter Sunday, everyone was just absolutely wonderful..informative; attentive; compassionate; humorous; supportive, and kind..that being the most important. He was admitted and the people on the floor are amazing..there are not enough good adjectives to describe them and the care they give. I would send any and every member of my family and friends here ..what a wonderful collection of talent and compassion. I would especially like to give a shout out to the ER staff that day, Jeremy is an angel in the flesh. I'm sorry I don't recall the names of the others, but all were angels in service..and I'm not religious..so there you go. Everyone was so kind, I don't remember all their names but from phlebotomy to CT to every department we came in contact with ..it was an absolute delight. Thank you..thank you so much.. I'm comfortable that my guy is there and will be well taken care of..I will sleep well tonight.”

“I just had a colonoscopy done by Dr Michael Baker at Associates in Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center, what a wonderful and caring experience for something so important. I was welcomed by the receptionist and attended to by nurses Sandra, Elizabeth and Amanda. Right from the beginning to the end of the procedure was a very pleasant experience. The nurse anesthetist informed me of what he was going to do, the OR nurse made me comfortable and of course Dr Baker was fantastic , explaining everything and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dr Baker and the entire staff.”

“I got the second dose of my covid vaccine from Chris- he was lovely and professional, and I barely felt the shot! Unfortunately, he was all on his own to manage a long line of people getting shots. No one was working the front desk area of the clinic so he had to do it all alone. Hopefully king soopers and the little clinic will make sure they have enough staff in the future to handle this high volume, because Chris (and all essential workers) deserve to work in a less stressful environment! He handled it like a true champ though, so give that man a raise!! :)”

I tried everything, nothing worked! I went to Theresa with tears, and again she helped me and I lost 60 lbs, it changed my life. Its been more than a year and i kept it off. “My brother who had bad multiple fractures on left leg and was admitted in this facility for rehab therapy for about 11 days. I was with him to facilitate his stay during this difficult time. The resident staff at the facility, nurses, therapists and other daily services folks were exceptionally helpful and professional. The facility is newly built and very well equipped. He was so gentle and my 5 year old did so well with him (I was nervous she would panic). All four of my children absolutely love Bridget!
